Italian Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
For the pasta salad
1 pound tri-colored rotini
8 ounces colby cheese chunks
8 ounces mini pepperonis's
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/2 sliced black olives (drained)
1 bottle Italian Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the pasta salad, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until pasta is cool.
While the pasta is cooking, cut the colby cheese into cubes. Add the pepperoni. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add the olives.
Add all ingredients into a bowl until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
Taste and add additional seasoning as desired.
