Chili
Who doesn't love a huge bowl of chili? This is what I call comfort food!
Ingredients
2 pounds ground hamburger (cooked)
1 can (29 ounce) of tomato sauce
1 can (29 ounce) of kidney beans with liquid
1 can (29 ounce) of pinto beans with liquid
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green chilies
1/4 cup diced celery
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 tsp cumin powder
3 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 cups of water
In a large pot combine all ingredients and bring to a low simmer over low heat for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
