Smores Bars

 Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter, divided (room temperature)
  • 1 10.5 oz mini marshmallows, plus 1 3/4 cup divided
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
  • 8 cups Golden Graham Cereal
Instructions:
  • Butter bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan with 1 tbsp butter.
  • In a large pot over low heat, melt together butter, 10.5 oz mini marshmallow, corn syrup and 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips until completely smooth, stirring occasionally.
  • Add vanilla and mix well.
  • Add cereal to the mixture, 1 cup mini marshmallows and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips. Work quickly, stirring until the cereal is completely coated.
  • Press the mixture into the pan. Gently press the remaining 3/4 cup mini marshmallows on top. Cool for 1 hour and cut into bars.
