Homemade Carmel Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 1-9oz Bag of Puff Corn
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat over to 250 degrees.
- Add puff corn to a large roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- In a large suace pan bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add vanilla and baking soda (mixture will foam up).
- Pour over puff corn and toss gently.
- Bake for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
- Spread onto waxed cookie sheet and cool for 15 minutes.
