Homemade Carmel Popcorn

 Ingredients:

  • 1-9oz Bag of Puff Corn 
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
  • Preheat over to 250 degrees.
  • Add puff corn to a large roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • In a large suace pan bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and add vanilla and baking soda (mixture will foam up).
  • Pour over puff corn and toss gently.
  • Bake for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Spread onto waxed cookie sheet and cool for 15 minutes.
