Cherry Glazed Meatballs

 Ingredients:

1. 1 can (14 oz) Cherry Preserves

2. 2 pounds ground beef

3. 2 eggs

4. 1 onion

5. 3/4 Bread crumbs

6. 3/4 Chicken Broth 

7. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

8. 2 Tbsp Parsley

9.  Salt & Pepper

10. 1 bottle chili sauce 

11. 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

2  Dice onion and parsley

3. In large bowl mix hamburger, add egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix well.

4. Roll meat into balls and bake for 30 minutes

5. In pan heat chicken broth, combine the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to simmer.

6. When meatball are finished baking add into sauce, top with parsley.
